Everyone is not content with what we have. You always
see skinny girls complain about how fat their thighs are when it's only like 2 inches. Stop looking at them. They're
prbly anorexic. Hey everybody wishes to have curves or skinny thighs!!!!
Exercise is what you do. Whether your jumping around,
hopping having fun. It doesn't have to be dreading treadmill exercises. Other things might not work for you as
it does for other people. You may need to decrease the calories that you eat. Now I'm not saying go right ahead
have 800 calories a day!!!!! That's dangerous and risky!!!!!
1. When you exercise do something fun that'll you benefit
from. Some girls ask me why they exercise and aren't skinny. The thing you are doing whatever it is, is not helping
your body. Get up have fun. Instead of laying down on the couch during telivisions, jump, skip, hop whatever!!!!
2. Before, in the middle, and after you exercise drink,
drink, drink. Your muscles don't work as well when you exercise if you're dehydrated. You don't burn as much calories
as you need to actually lose weight.
3. Don't do the same exercises 3 times straight.
Your muscles get tired and it gets bored. Another reason why you don't see results.
IT TAKES ABOUT 6-8 WEEKS BEFORE YOU SEE ANY RESULTS DON'T EXPECT ANY IMMEDIATE RESULTS!!!!
