Secrets on Craving and Breakfast

Craving that delicious chocolate and vanilla milkshake, with the bag of doritos and some pecan pie????  You've taken in almost 400 calories there.  I know for sure dat counting calories are just not a way to live life, but to stay healthy you gotta go for P-O-R-T-I-O-N.
 
 
Conquer Cravings at ANY TIME:
 
 
Usually it takes about 4 to 15 minutes to conquer your cravings and sometimes you can't hold it for long.  Why don't you try scheduling your treats or indulge in one, in a day????  Usually give me a king sized chocolate bar of hersheys I'll finish it all and I've dug in 250 more calories then I'm supposed too.  Now what I do is I cut sugar from my diet cuz if you give me sugar or soda I will directly have to eat it all.  I mean I'm physically fit, but my metabolism isn't as fast. 
 
Tricks:  Chew some gum or Listerine Breath Mints it takes the smell away from your nose so u don't smell anything at all.  You could be in a yummy spaghetti place and not smell a single thing.  THIS REALLY DOES STOP YOUR CRAVING.
 
 
As you know breakfast is very IMPORTANT!!!!  I used to skip breakfast and dat's when I knew I made a HUGE MISTAKE.  Studies show dat people who actually eat breakfast are slimmer then those who skip breakfast.  Even wheat bread and orange juice is fine just as long as you eat something.  It's more important to EAT MORE IN THE MORNING because you burn more calories. 
 
 
This is a secret I learned from someone.  EAT LIKE A KING, A QUEEN, AND A PAUPER.  So at breakfast it's important to eat a lot so you can burn lots and lots of calories.  At night u usually don't burn anything because you go to sleep or watch ur fave TV SHOW.  You just sit there and u rarely move except to the bathroom.  Normally a person gains an extra 100 calories each day.  And dat's how u get fatter.
