Do u have really curly and course hair??? Well, good news so do I.
I straighten it every time there's a special occasion and so can u.
* I have a nice straightener. I think I should get a new one
though. The one I have has been with me for like a year and one of the sides won't work. INVEST ON A GOOD STRAIGHTENER
EVEN IF IT'S 40$. It will work really well.
1. I take a shower with Therma silk or a heat activated shampoo.
If you want you can use Tresseme. That stuff would work. I use lots of conditioner to smoothen my hair.
2. I blowdry my hair in little sections. When I get frustrated
because it takes so long, I usually just air dry it. It saves your hair from getting fried. If you ARE in a hurry
you should blow dry your hair.
3. Next when everything is COMPLETELY DRY, I start dividing my hair
into little sections so it's easy and quick.
4. Depending on your straightening iron and how fast it heats up.
I just heat mine for 30 seconds on the highest number. It's faster that way.
5. I spray that section of hair with a heat activated spray.
I use Paul Mitchell, but if you want to save 9$ you can get Loreal it smells good and it works.
6. I straighten my hair with the section prbly 3-4 times. I keep doing
this until I get to the very top of my hair.
7. When I'm done with all of that, I apply Physique straightening
lotion on my hands and rub it on my hair. To stay frizz-free!!!!
Every couple days or so I re-straighten it so it can be straight again.
