Dieting

You don't need to be dieting, but you may need to cut some calories for you to lose weight.  It makes weight loss a hell lot faster. 

 

***cut out the lower percentage of sweets you eat everyday***

***too much salt can benefit from weight gain***

***eating breakfast is a healthy choice it makes u lose more calories burned.***

 

You need to make everything proportion, instead of having lots of your favorite spaghetti.  Take just about enough.
